UGA linebacker won’t play vs. Vandy after arrest on marijuana charge (The Fulmer Cup Offseason)

The Fulmer Cup Natrez Patrick

As expected, Georgia inside linebacker Natrez Patrick is being held out of Saturday’s game at Vanderbilt following his arrest for marijuana possession late Thursday night.

UGA’s student-athlete handbook calls for an immediate suspension for a marijuana arrest. This was Patrick’s second marijuana arrest, following one his freshman year in 2015, and a second violation calls for a four-game suspension.
